I would highly recommend Warren and the staff as Sydney city subaru they are friendly and helpful. Very professional clean tidy and definitely subaru enthusiasts which makes a world if difference. It is well located and easy to get to. I was most impressed with the attitude willing to go that extra mile to help there clients out. Nick from spear parts is a nice guy and also willing to help out and help you find what you need. I have had bad dealing with other subaru places and when I found them and gave them ago I was happy knowing my pride and joy was in good hands and they took good care of it. All in all I would hight recommend Sydney city subaru to anyone.

Highly recommended!! This review is long overdue. For the past two years, on a six monthly interval, Ralph and his team in the Service Department have been providing a service which can only be described as “Gold Class” They arrange a pickup of my car on the day of service from my place of residence - some 50 kms away and provide a replacement vehicle. . Prior to returning the car, they email me a video of all work undertaken. There has never been any issue with the car following the servicing. Thank you so much team Subaru for providing a customer service that goes above and beyond your call of duty.

I had my car serviced and repaired there and had an absolute five star experience, my car was taken by friendly staff and they knew what they were talking about when it comes to WRX's. I picked up my car and there was an issue with the repair so was pleased to have it taken back and fixed on the spot, given a voucher for the cafe across the road and not charged for the repair as you would expect from a professional service. More than pleased with Warren and the head mechanic Peter i think.

Seriously, this is the best customer service from a dealer service centre ever. My previous company vehicle was serviced by a Ford dealership and they were at minus 5 stars. Keep up the good work.
